TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Custom Orders are not subject to cancellation or return
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain written approval on all copyrighted material.
  • KB Emblem Company, LLC will obtain approval on items requiring licensing by the USFS - Smokey Bear Licensing - State of Wyoming.
  • Due to the various spelling of names, we DO NOT KORRECT SPELLING!
  • Original photos, designs, or patches will be returned upon request with completed order.
  • Custom artwork remains the property of KB Emblem Company, until such time a final product is purchased and paid for in full. At that time customer may use logo or design at their discretion, without violating copyright infringement laws. In the event no purchase is made, customer may purchase rights to logo/design at art/design rates current for that time.
  • Digitized artwork remains the property of KB Emblem Company, LLC. Requests for digitized artwork will be reviewed on an individual basis and are subject to current fees for contract digitizing.
  • Any order shipped incorrect due to manufacturers error or defect in product, will be replaced at no cost to customer. When requested, customer must supply all necessary documentation of defect. Our Maximum liability is limited to defective product only. Customer must notify KB Emblem Company within 24 hours of receipt of order of any defects or shortages. Orders will be deemed to be correct and complete if customer does not contact us within the 24 hour period.
  • Most orders shipped insured via UPS or other common carrier of our choice. If order is damaged or lost in transit, it is the sole responsibility of customer to notify carrier of damage or loss. Customer will be required to provide carrier with any documentation requested and must retain packaging and contents until claim is paid. Most claims are paid to KB Emblem Company. Once claim is paid, KB Emblem company will replace order or damaged items. If for some reason items can not be replaced a refund will be issued to customer. Refund will not exceed claim paid by carrier or carriers insurance company. If refund is made to customer, refunded amount must be paid to KB Emblem Company for items to be replaced.
  • We will make every effort to deliver orders in the time frames agreed upon. However we can not be responsible for delays caused by common carriers, sub contractors, or Acts of God.
  • Custom price quotes are valid for 30 days, thereafter are subject to change without notice, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed to in writing.
  • All custom orders will require pre-payment in full when order is placed. Terms are available for municipalities upon request.
  • Refunds on non custom orders must receive pre-approval prior to return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Any check returned by bank unpaid, will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee for each return. The customer will also be responsible for any and all reasonable collection costs, court, and or attorney fees on accounts sent for collection. Accounts past due will incur a finance charge of 1.5% monthly on all past due balances.
